Citymark International University

Under the French education system, private schools are either “sous contrat” – with the government paying teachers’ salaries and the school following the national curriculum – or “hors contrat” – not funded by the government, and therefore not obligated to follow any particular curriculum.

Citymark International University is a "hors contract" school, therefore our awards are institutional. Citymark International University delivers all its programs in English medium via distance learning. Citymark International University seeks accreditation and membership from other recognized accreditation organizations in Europe and globally.

Under current French education law, private education institutions cannot use the terms baccalauréat, licence, master, doctorat for their diplomas. Citymark International University complies with this regulation and uses the terms “Bachelor”, "Master" and “Doctor” for its awards. These awards are institutional diplomas and not national diplomas.
